Returns Policy

The majority of our animals are made specifically to order. Especially for You!

It is hoped that an order will not be returned unless you consider the product to not meet your level of expectation.

Should you wish to return your animal, please notify Omersa of your intentions within 7 days of receipt. The price of the animal, excluding delivery charges, will be refunded to the original payee.

Please note it is important the animal is returned in good condition for a refund to be given – so please package carefully. A refund will be given once the animal has been safely received within 5 working days.
