Ordering

Our animals are generally MADE TO ORDER. We hold limited stock. Please allow 3-4 weeks for manufacture to avoid disappointment.

You are welcome to order in several ways.

On Line Shop
Place your order through our secure Online shop. Add whichever item(s) you wish to purchase to "basket" and proceed through to checkout. Once you have supplied delivery address details you will be given a shipping quote based on the delivery address and confirmation of VAT due. Payment details will be requested once the order has been confirmed.

Certain of our larger pieces are too large for overseas delivery through the postal system. In such instances, you will need to contact us to obtain a delivery quote from alternative courier services. The shop will indicate where a quote is needed.

Upon receipt of an order, we will confirm availability and the anticipated date of dispatch. If you have a specific deadline, please specify on the order so we are aware of the date.

If you have purchased direct from us in the past and are registered on our Ownership database, you will be eligible for a 5% discount. At present the Online shop is unable to process this discount. Therefore to take advantage of it, you will have to place your order through the office and we will process the discount for you.

Email or telephone

If you prefer, you are welcome to contact the workshop and place your order with us directly over the telephone or by e mail. When placing an order we will confirm the delivered price and date of dispatch. We will require from you your full billing address, delivery address if different and credit card details. The credit card transaction will be processed just prior to dispatch.

Pricing

UK mainland and European Community - the total price charged is inclusive of delivery and UK sales tax (currently 15%). The delivery charge is dependant upon country destination, weight and level of service.

Non European Community - the total price charged is inclusive of delivery and EXCLUDES UK sales tax. Please note however local duties and taxes may become liable in the country of destination and are for the account of the customer. The delivery charge is dependent upon destination, weight and level of service.
