Delivery Policy

Our product is generally made to order, Especially for You!

Some items are kept in stock, however please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch, and in the period September to December please allow 4-5 weeks.

UK Mainland

UK orders are delivered by courier, TNT, or you may select delivery by ParcelForce. Where the courier option is chosen, please note a signature is required upon receipt. We will contact you beforehand to confirm a suitable day to take delivery.DO NOT sign for the parcel if there is any sign of damage during delivery. Leave the item with the courier to be returned to us.

Overseas Deliveries

We can arrange delivery to anywhere in the world. The majority of our products will be delivered by ParcelForce using the Global Priority service. This is an airmail, door-to-door service and is trackable.The cost is dependent upon destination, weight and service level. Prices are available on our shop. In some instances, however, our product is too large to send through the postal system e.g. giraffe, pony. In such instances, the shop requests you phone us to obtain quotes from alternative freight carriers; we will notify you of their charges for your approval.
Finally, if you have a freight carrier you wish us to use, please provide details and we will contact them for you.
